Getting Ahead of the Curve: Ensuring Safe, Healthy and Inclusive Workplaces During the COVID-19 Recovery

This webinar explores ways employers can ensure safe and healthy workplaces for all workers, including those with disabilities, during the COVID-19 recovery.

During the early part of 2021, there were significant advances in the fight against COVID-19, including an increase in the number of Americans being vaccinated, as well as more detailed federal workplace health and safety related guidance. As employers with onsite employees continued to address these issues, and those with remote workers began to think about returning to the workplace, there are many questions and considerations.

On April 30, 2021, EARN hosted a webinar exploring ways employers can ensure safe and healthy workplaces for all workers, including those with disabilities, during the COVID-19 recovery. Representatives from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) discussed guidance, policies and procedures addressing workplace health and safety issues related to COVID-19.
