In business, it’s often said that “what gets measured, gets done.” Developing measurable goals and methods of tracking them is a critical step in ensuring the success of any diversity and inclusion program, of which disability is one important component. This webinar will discuss promising and emerging practices for evaluating the impact of workplace disability inclusion initiatives, including establishing accountability measures and processes for employees with disabilities to self-identify. Participants will also learn how to create mechanisms for tracking data that effectively illustrate return on investment to corporate leadership.
