Accountability and Diversity Initiatives

The June/July issue of Ability Magazine features the article “Create Accountability for Diversity Initiatives,” which focuses on how employers can successfully establish benchmarking to drive inclusive practices that will facilitate compliance with regulatory requirements. This is especially timely in light of the anticipated Section 503 final regulations from the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). The article is written by Judy Young, Director, and Ellice Switzer, Technical Assistance Specialist, for the Employer Assistance and Resource Network (EARN).
