In recent weeks, the EARN team has had the opportunity to engage with a range of employers at events attracting businesses seeking to build more diverse and effective workforces. Among these events were the D.C. Metro Business Leadership Network’s Accessibility, Accommodations and Assistive Technology Forum and DirectEmployers Association’s annual meeting and conference in Indianapolis, where EARN was pleased to deliver a workshop on disability-inclusive outreach and recruitment strategies.
