The Employer Assistance and Resource Network (EARN) has posted a new fact sheet on The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), which allows employees to take up to 12 months of unpaid leave in any twelve-month period for the birth or adoption of a child, to care for a family member, or in the event of the employee’s own serious health condition.
