In an op-ed published in honor of the 26th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act last week, National Organization on Disability President Carol Glazer discussed how innovative talent strategies – including those that actively work to recruit and retain qualified people with disabilities – are critical to corporate success. “The reality is that companies face a lot of challenges today that can be solved by building a culture of inclusion at work and employing talent with disabilities,” she said, citing several companies that are reaping the benefits of flexible, inclusive work environments.
