EARN is committed to helping federal agencies succeed as model employers of people with disabilities. In this spirit, it recently developed a new section of its website to help agencies understand the updates to regulations implementing Section 501 announced by U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in January. The Section 501 “InfoCenter” centralizes a range of tools and resources, including a basic primer on the changes, a fact sheet and policy brief, and frequently asked questions. It also includes a brief history of Federal Government disability employment efforts.
