Inclusive Apprenticeships

This short online training course helps employers create and maintain more disability-inclusive workplaces. It is meant to add to and enhance the information in EARN’s Inclusion@Work Framework for Building a Disability-Inclusive Organization. People with disabilities are an important part of the solution to closing the skills gap, and should be included in apprentice-able occupations. This course includes strategies for recruiting and training apprentices with disabilities.
