The Employer Assistance and Resource Network on Disability Inclusion (EARN) is a free resource that helps employers tap the benefits of disability diversity by educating public- and private-sector organizations on ways to build inclusive workplace cultures.

Testing and Feedback

The EARN website has been tested for usability and accessibility with a variety of assistive technologies and web browsers.  User testing was conducted by people with disabilities. We review the site periodically to ensure adherence to accessibility standards and best practices in web access.  We strive to continually improve the accessibility of the site.
