This policy brief provides a framework for adopting an integrated telework policy that is inclusive of all employees, including people with disabilities. 

Telework is typically offered at an employer’s discretion. However, access to telework may be required as a reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other federal and state disability nondiscrimination laws. This policy brief provides a framework for adopting an integrated telework policy that is equitable all employees, including workers with disabilities.
