The widespread shift to hybrid work (which includes work in the office and at remote locations, such as at home) is one of the most significant changes to come out of the COVID-19 pandemic. For some employers and employees, the move to hybrid work may be long-lasting. This policy brief helps organizations develop and implement hybrid work models that are inclusive of workers with disabilities and that facilitate diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA).
