Talking About Inclusion@Work: Be Tech Savvy: Accessible Information and Communication Technology

Learn about the role of accessible information and communications technology (ICT) plays in disability inclusion.

Part of a seven-part series, this short discussion guide helps employers understand the role that accessible information and communications technology (ICT) plays in workplace inclusion of people with disabilities. Accessibility helps ensure people with disabilities can apply and interview for jobs and, once hired, access the ICT they need to maximize their productivity. This guide includes an overview of best practices to ensure accessibility of ICT. It also includes questions to spark conversation about the topic in a group setting, for example, with human resource staff; diversity, equity and inclusion professionals; and supervisors and managers.
