Learn about proactive outreach and recruitment of people with disabilities. 

Part of a seven-part series, this short discussion guide helps employers learn about proactive outreach and recruitment of people with disabilities and how to build an inclusive workplace culture. The key to hiring people with disabilities, finding qualified candidates, and building a pipeline of talent is proactive outreach and recruitment. This guide explores best practices for effective outreach to and recruitment of people with disabilities. It also includes questions to spark conversation about the topic in a group setting, for example, with human resource staff; diversity, equity and inclusion professionals; and supervisors and managers.
