The sudden shift to remote work for a large percentage of the U.S. workforce was one of the most significant changes to come out of the COVID-19 pandemic. For some, this shift may be long lasting. This policy brief explores strategies for how employers can adopt new flexible work arrangements and redesign HR processes to promote inclusion of people with disabilities in the remote workforce.
