NDEAM 2021: “America’s Recovery: Powered by Inclusion”

National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) is held each October to commemorate the many and varied contributions people with disabilities make to America’s workplaces and economy. The theme for NDEAM 2021, “America’s Recovery: Powered by Inclusion,” reflects the importance of ensuring that people with disabilities have full access to employment and community involvement during the national recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. Learn more about the NDEAM theme and find ideas for how your organization can celebrate NDEAM. You can also download the NDEAM poster in English and Spanish on the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Disability Employment Policy’s (ODEP) website.
