Overview
The topic of this virtual meeting will be “Best Practices for Attracting and Recruiting Employees with Disabilities.” Representatives from the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) will discuss recent updates to USAJOBS that can help federal agencies recruit applicants with disabilities. In addition, members of EARN’s research team and the Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP) will discuss research-based strategies for attracting disabled candidates.
