October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM). Find tips and resources to plan for NDEAM.

National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) is held each October to commemorate the many and varied contributions people with disabilities make to America’s workplaces and economy. Each year, a theme is selected by the the U.S. Department’s Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP) to help the nation’s employers, disability advocates and other organizations plan their observances. Learn more about NDEAM and find ideas for how your organization can celebrate NDEAM. You can also download the NDEAM poster in English and Spanish on the ODEP's website.
